What if I am having a medical emergency?

Priority Care Telehealth treats non-emergent conditions only. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care for emergencies.
Are prescriptions available?

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Opioid substances are not prescribed.
What if I need labs or an x-ray?

If laboratory testing or imaging studies are needed, orders will be provided and coordinated at a convenient testing location.
Do I need to live in a specific state?

Patients must be physically located in North Carolina during the visit. North Carolina residency is not required.
